Brief description of the session topic:
In medical sciences, fuzzy logic technique appears as a power
framework since it provides tools adapted to this task. Its main properties are:
- It provides a way to represent and manipulate imprecise and
uncertain information.
- It will be able to demonstrate knowledge of Medical doctors.
- It is well adapted to image/signal processing since the natural
spatial interpretation of fuzzy logic leads to efficient
representations of imprecise or implicit structures or classes.
Especially, a mixture of medical system and fuzzy system leads to
successful tasks to various medical/health monitoring systems.
The purpose of this special session is to facilitate communication
between people who have interests in fuzzy logic techniques and medical sciences.
