Hikaru Hoshino received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Kyoto University, in 2017. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Hyogo. From 2017 to 2019 he was a Research Associate at Socio-economic Research Center of Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry.
