The standard audio-visual package in conference room will consist of :
  • Evideo projector, screen, laser pointer.
  • EPC windows XP with office pack (including power point) and USB plug.
  • EIf you will use Macintosh PC, please prepare your PC.
Please contact the session chairperson before the beginning of the session.
Poster presentation
Maximum poster size is: 72.8 cm (width) x 103 cm (height) (B1 format).
Authors need to be present at their posters for discussion with attendees during the session.
Each author should remove his/her poster immediately at the end of the session.
