Students who continue from a doctoral first-term program of this university to a doctoral second-term program are not required to pay an admission fee.

Tuition and Fee Reductions

The university has its own tuition exemption system for students with excellent academic performance who have difficulty paying tuition due to financial circumstances. Based on application and screening, tuition and other fees may be reduced, divided into installments, or deferred.

Eligible Applicants	Students who have significant difficulty paying tuition due to financial reasons, including sudden changes in household finances caused by disasters or other circumstances. Students who have been certified for, plan to apply for, or are outside the scope of the new higher education study support system described on the Scholarship Programs page.
Ineligible Applicants	Students whose academic performance or learning attitude is poor. Students who have exceeded the standard period of study, excluding leaves of absence.
Application Period	Application periods are announced through Universal Passport. Applications are accepted twice a year. Reductions apply only to the relevant term, so students must apply again for the next term.
Required Documents	Application form for tuition exemption or related support, certificate of residence, income certificate, and other required documents. For sudden changes in household finances, please consult the Academic Affairs Office.
