Purpose of Education and Research
The Graduate School of Engineering aims to develop highly skilled professionals and researchers who can contribute to the benefit and safety of humanity through advanced education and research focused on manufacturing, technology creation, and engineering innovation. It also aims to contribute to the advancement of technology and culture in Japan and Hyogo Prefecture as a center for the creation and dissemination of engineering knowledge.

We develop engineers and researchers with advanced specialized knowledge, research ability, broad perspectives, global literacy, and high ethical standards who can work internationally and contribute to solving social challenges.
Admission Policy
The Graduate School of Engineering seeks students who have solid foundations in engineering and science, strong motivation for advanced study and research, and the ability to pursue solutions to local and global issues through engineering.

Curriculum Policy

Specialized lectures, seminars, research guidance, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities are combined to support both depth and breadth in graduate education.
